It's that time of year! The Westerville Visitors & Convention Bureau is sponsoring the annual Mount Carmel St. Ann's 4th Friday event. Visit Uptown Westerville on the 4th Friday of each month, April through September. This Friday, visitors will experience visual and performing arts of all kinds with over 100 street vendors, food carts, live entertainment, kids activities, and more!
