Robintek partnered with the founder of PetPaks from the very beginning to bring her vision to life: starting with branding and carrying through to a fully custom-built WordPress website.

Branding That Reflects PetPaks’ Mission
PetPaks approached Robintek with a solid concept and rough sketches for their logo and branding. They knew what they wanted but needed help refining and finalizing their visual identity. Our design team worked closely with them to create a polished logo and color palette that reflects the brand’s energy, compassion, and educational focus.
Designing an Engaging and Functional Website
Once the branding was in place, we designed a website that was visually compelling and delivered product functionality. Since the site needed to serve both veterinary practices and their clients, we prioritized intuitive navigation and clear messaging. The aesthetic is bright, fun, and welcoming. It features pet videos, bold colors, and custom icons to connect with both professional users and pet owners.
Building Custom Functionality with WordPress
PetPaks needed more than just a marketing website. At its core, the platform delivers educational video content from vets to their clients. To support this service, we built a custom membership system with two levels: veterinary practices and their individual pet owner clients.
Practices can add and manage pet profiles, assign video content based on species and health conditions, and control the timing of video releases. Pet owners receive these videos through a personalized “Care Journey” timeline for each pet, with automated updates and SMS notifications via Twilio. The end result is an informative, transparent, and engaging experience that helps educate pet owners and support better care outcomes.
