For 2026, Robintek is proud to fund the purchase of new percussion equipment for the Westerville South Music Boosters, helping provide the Westerville South Marching Band with new drums, harnesses, and stands for its percussion program.
Supporting Westerville South’s Student Musicians
Marching band combines music, movement, teamwork, and countless hours of practice. Behind every performance is a group of students and educators working together to create something they can be proud to share with their school and community.
Quality equipment is an important part of that experience, particularly for percussion students who rely on instruments and equipment that must perform consistently throughout rehearsals, football games, competitions, and other events.
The new drums, harnesses, and stands will give Westerville South’s percussion section updated equipment to use throughout the 2026 marching band season and beyond. This has also enabled their current equipment to be utilized by Blendon Middle School, allowing a new generation of percussionists to experience playing on marching drums.
Investing in the Student Experience
Supporting a school music program is about more than purchasing equipment. It’s an investment in the experiences students have while participating in the arts.
Marching band gives students opportunities to develop as musicians while learning the value of preparation, collaboration, discipline, and responsibility. It also creates friendships and memories that can extend well beyond a student’s time in high school.
Organizations like the Westerville South Music Boosters play an important role in helping make those experiences possible by supporting the students, staff, and needs of the music program.
