With four urgent care facilities located in Westerville, Powell, Sunbury, and Newark, Immediate Health Associates provides professional, affordable healthcare for patients experiencing common illnesses, minor injuries, and other non-life-threatening medical concerns.
IHA partnered with Robintek to create a modern website that would better communicate its services, highlight its experienced healthcare team, and make it easier for patients to find the information they need.
Creating a Better Online Experience for Patients
One of the primary goals of the redesign was to improve the overall user experience. With multiple urgent care locations, a wide range of treatment services, and important patient information to communicate, IHA needed a website that was easy to navigate and organized around the needs of its visitors.
Our team worked to streamline the site’s navigation, reorganize content, and create clear pathways to frequently requested information, including locations, treatment services, pricing, and patient resources.
The redesigned homepage features a clean, modern layout with prominent calls to action, engaging imagery, and clearly organized sections that help visitors quickly find what they’re looking for.
We also incorporated a flexible announcement banner, giving IHA the ability to highlight important updates when needed without permanently taking up valuable space on the homepage.
Making It Easier to Find Urgent Care Locations
With four facilities serving communities throughout Central Ohio, helping patients find the right location was a major priority for the project.
Robintek developed a dedicated locations page featuring a searchable, interactive map to help visitors identify convenient urgent care facilities. Each location also has its own dedicated page, providing patients with important information about that facility.
The website highlights all four IHA urgent care centers:
- Westar Urgent Care in Westerville
- Wedgewood Urgent Care in Powell
- Sunbury Urgent Care in Sunbury
- Newark Valley Urgent Care in Newark
Location information is also featured prominently throughout the website, including individual phone numbers in the header and a dedicated homepage section. These features make it easier for patients to connect with the facility that best meets their needs.

Another important objective was helping patients better understand the affordability of urgent care compared to other healthcare options.
IHA wanted to communicate that its experienced medical professionals provide high-quality care for many conditions that don’t require an emergency room visit, often at a significantly lower cost.
To support this goal, we incorporated a prominent Cost of Care Comparison section directly on the homepage. This feature gives visitors an easy-to-understand comparison of typical healthcare costs and directs them to additional pricing information.
By making affordability a central part of the website’s messaging, the redesign helps patients make more informed decisions about where to seek care.
Showcasing Services and Healthcare Expertise
Beyond helping patients find a location, the new website needed to communicate the full range of services available through Immediate Health Associates.
We created organized treatment information and dedicated service pages covering common illnesses, minor injuries, X-rays, sports physicals, pediatric care, and more.
The redesigned homepage also includes a dedicated section highlighting IHA’s occupational medicine services. This content helps connect the organization with local businesses seeking services such as employee drug testing, occupational physicals, and work-related injury care.
Throughout the website, we focused on presenting IHA as a knowledgeable, professional healthcare provider while maintaining a welcoming and approachable experience for patients.

To support this goal, the redesigned website includes a blog and educational resources, creating opportunities to share health tips, seasonal information, and guidance on common medical concerns.
This additional content also supports the website’s long-term search engine optimization strategy by providing relevant, informative resources for patients searching for healthcare information online.
