The Fourth Friday summer concert series continues this month with a live performance from The Ark Band, a local Columbus reggae, soca, and calypso band.
Grab a spot on the front lawn at the Westerville Public Library to celebrate Juneteenth with live readings from the Many Voices collection. Special guests including Vice Mayor Ken Wright will be there to help put the spotlight on community projects that promote diversity.
Guests can also stop by Arts Alley and Science Street to visit local art galleries, make crafts, and participate in fun science-related activities for the family.
Uptown Westerville’s 4th Friday Festivals
Every year, the Uptown Westerville Fourth Friday Festivals are held from May through October on the 4th Friday of each month.
In addition to a long list of over 100 pop-up vendors from local artists to food trucks, attendees can enjoy live music and engaging activities for the whole family. June’s festival theme is World of Dance, so get ready to bust a move!
Participating local restaurants and retail establishments along the festival route in Uptown Westerville will also be open for business. Be sure to get a taste of the local cuisine and stop in to support local businesses, like our clients at Amish Originals or Schneider’s Bakery.
Fourth Friday guests can also take advantage of the Uptown Westerville DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area). DORA allows festival-goers to enjoy adult beverages throughout the entire outdoor festival from participating restaurants and bars.
